Teaching, Consulting, and Public Speaking

As principal of Lovelock Associates, Christopher Lovelock's work focuses on helping managers to develop service strategies to create value for both their customers and their organizations. His areas of expertise include marketing and customer service strategy, information technology, functional integration, service quality, service leadership, and globalization.

He developed his expertise in service management as a faculty member at the Harvard Business School from 1973-84. Since leaving Harvard, he has worked as an independent practitioner and has held visiting appointments at Yale and MIT's Sloan School, as well as at IMD in Switzerland, at INSEAD and the Theseus Institute in France, and at the University of Queensland in Australia. Working in collaboration with professional conference organizers in different countries, he offers public seminars on service management. An experienced public speaker, who can present in French as well as English, Dr Lovelock is also available for keynotes and other addresses.
