This Chinese (Mandarin) translation of Services Marketing 3/E was prepared by two scholars at the Department of Marketing, Fudan University, Shanghai, PRC.  Professor Lu Xiongwen, PhD, is associate dean of the School of Management and Chairman of the Department of Marketing; Victoria Lu is a doctoral candidate. In 2000, both were visiting scholars at the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration, Dartmouth College.  The book, which features a new preface specially written by Christopher Lovelock, is designed for use by MBAs and executive program participants, as well as by advanced undergraduates. It is also appropriate for self-study.  The contents includes 14 chapters of text, 17 readings and 16 cases.
